As forward thinking farmers, we have found ways to produce higher yields without completely relying on the volatile Northeastern Ohio weather, as well as the use of chemicals. We will set the standard for successful farming using hydroponics and sustainable methods.
Our Mission Statement:
We provide healthy, fresh, local food, and seek to spread the knowledge of the importance of local, sustainable farms through educational tours and community involvement. We work to continually educate our interns and customers on growing their own food. At Sirna's we take care of the environment by avoiding chemicals and show that farmers can work with the environment to get higher yields.

- LINK Everyone who has tried it, loves our Italian Sausage. It's a family recipe that as been passed down for generations. We use our family's recipe and still make it in small batches, with lots of love, no preservatives, no fillers, natural everything, etc. etc.
It's worth mentioning again that this recipe has been in our family for years!! It was one of the first sandwiches offered at Sirna's Cafe Restaurant in downtown Bedford, which still stands at 795 Broadway.
Sirna's Cafe was placed on this list, for one of the Oldest Bars in Cleveland! How cool is that? http://photos.clevescene.com/10-of-the-oldest-bars-in-cleveland/#1
To this day, the bar has great food, including homemade sausage sandwiches. Not everyone knows that this "Sirna" is the same as us, but it is! This is where Craig Sirna grew up! Well, not IN the bar...everyone knows he's a retired police officer ;)
